Marketing Strategies:

Foremost, management will engage an expansive marketing program to ensure that executives and senior managers of businesses are well aware of the 619 Limo, LLC brand and the service that it provides. To that end, Management intends to engage a broad based marketing strategy in the target market that will specifically target these people and businesses. Initially, Management intends to directly approach medium sized businesses and large corporations with sales literature that will showcase the comfort, cost efficiency, and promptness of the Company’s vehicles. Management will engage a traditional marketing strategy that will include listing the business in online and traditional Yellow Book listings. Management will also develop relationships with concierges at local hotels and concierge services so that the business receives a significant amount of referral business. This referral strategy will also be directed towards corporate travel, local car-service, wedding and event planners so that the business becomes the vendor of choice for transportation services for these events. Additionally, 619 Limo, LLC will maintain an extensive website that will showcase images of the Company’s vehicles, its pricing schedule, and how to contact the Company. Affiliate programs, strategic partnerships with 3rd party application providers, the use of commercial-off-the-shelf-technology will all have a role. Mr. Hazirci will use targeted keyword advertisements such as pay per click advertising that will generate interest in the business’ operations. These strategies are expensive, but the results can be phenomenal if they are executed correctly.

This strategy will help 619 Limo achieve the following objectives:
 Establish itself as a trusted name in the transporting business
 Build a base of customers that is large enough to sustain business
 Generate enough revenue to expand operations
In order to reach these operational goals, 619 Limo will build on its strengths and advantages as outlined in the following section.

In the Southwest, in particular, the demand for quality limo service is extremely high. Many competitors within the industry do not serve their clients properly, failing to provide high quality and reliable service. This environment creates a tremendous need for competent companies in the ground transportation industry and 619 Limo will provide the services necessary for businesses to get the service they need whenever they need it.

Management expects a broad number of customers to contact the Company for use of the Company’s town car services and limousine. Customers will range from business travelers and executives, corporate accounts, local service around San Diego and the out-lying cities and counties, funerals, weddings, prom goers, and people needing local transportation to airports/events. As such it is difficult to quantify the exact demographic profile of the “average” customer of 619 Limo, LLC. Industry Vehicles Statistics:

Here is some statistics about vehicles that companies have:

Looking at fleet size, 49% of respondents had between one and five vehicles, 38% had between 6 and 15 vehicles, and 12% had fleets of 15 or more.

The typical fleet consists of 8.8 vehicles. This breaks down to an average per fleet of 2.8 stretched limousines, 4.0 formal limousines, 1.6 vans, 0.4 "other” (station wagons, for example).

Clearly, most vehicles are owned rather than leased, those figures being 86% and 14% respectively. Our editorial offices receive numerous calls concerning leasing. If the banking and savings and loan institutions become more involved in our field, we expect the leasing operations to grow in the near future. While only 14% of the vehicles are leased, 60% of our respondents indicate that they have considered leasing.

Looking at the maintenance aspects, most operators either self-maintained their vehicles (57%) or else have their work done at independent service centers (54%). Only 22% of the service work is done at automobile dealerships. As more dealers enter into the limousine marketer, we might expect this figure to rise.

Industry Analysis:

Limousine and chauffeuring operations provide over $2 billion dollars a year to the general US economy. The industry employs more than 27,000 people, and provides annual payrolls that exceed $600 million dollars per year. The growth rate of this industry has remained in step with that the general growth of the country’s GDP. Management feels that by maintaining a high end client base, the Company can continue to generate revenues despite the current deleterious economic conditions in the United States. The average taxi or limousine company has 9 employees and grosses $600,000 per year in revenue. While the limousine business’ revenue is predominately driven by business and travel; small companies can indeed very productively compete with their larger counter-parts. This ability, of course, is dependent upon their marketing strategies and the effectiveness of that marketing.
